Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote homes.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Organize and oversee open houses and home tours.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance property visibility.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Transaction Management:
- Guide clients through the home buying process, from property searches to closing deals.
- Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Networking and Development:
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and best practices.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and local community activities to promote the company and expand your professional network.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and knowledge of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
- A minimum of two years in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and marketing tools.
- Valid real estate license.
- Familiarity with real estate contract law and local regulations.
- Demonstrated success in closing real estate transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
